The role incumbent is focused on:
- Creating Process maps for business process analysis,
- Perform data analysis,
- Diagnosis of gaps, or Gap analysis
- best practices application,
- meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning.
- Consultants are expected to contribute to buid to-be state solution for the client & practice
- The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions
- Develops, assesses, and validates a client's business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
- Develops / suggests new solutions and services to suit client's business strategy
- Identify and explore opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
- Creates reusable IP from the business process discovery

Analytical skills - Basic exploratory data analysis skills
Basic pre-sales skills
Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing domain or healthcare domain that includes industry best practices in respective domain
