Senior Business Analyst with Veeva CRM

• We are seeking highly skilledBusiness Consultantswith strong domain expertise in theMedical and Pharmaceuticalsectors.
• The consultants will provide deep domain insight, business analysis, and technology alignment across platforms includingVeeva, Salesforce, Adobe, and AWS, along withspecialized toolslikeDocuveraandiEnvision.
• This role is critical to ensuring consistency and domain continuity across the team, allowing for scalable knowledge-building and long-term success in Medical operations and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business consulting engagements within Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial IT to understand and translate business goals into actionable strategies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor across initiatives involvingcontent management, medical compliance, digital transformation, andcustomer engagementplatforms.
• Leverage deep domain knowledge in theMedical/Pharma spaceto guide platform configuration, process redesign, and solution architecture.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Regulatory, Commercial) to ensure business alignment and value delivery across the product and data lifecycle.
• Provide business leadership across key platforms including:
• Veeva Vault (MedComms, PromoMats, Medical CRM)
• Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe Analytics
• AWS infrastructure and data services
• Guide and support niche platform utilization such as:
• Docuvera medical content and modular content automation
• iEnvision compliant stakeholder engagement and tracking
• Contribute to strategic planning, change management, and training related to technology and process implementation in the medical domain.
• Ensure continuity of domain knowledge by maintaining a stable consulting team and facilitating ongoing upskilling and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ yearsof experience inbusiness consultingorsolution advisoryroles, with significant exposure to themedical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge ofregulatory processes,medical content lifecycle, andcompliance frameworks(GxP, HIPAA, ABPI, etc.).
• Proven experience working with or consulting on:
• Veeva Vault Medical Suite
• Salesforce(Health Cloud or Life Sciences verticals)
• Adobe Experience tools(especially content management and analytics)
• AWS(cloud strategy, data handling, security)
• Familiarity withDocuveraandiEnvisionplatforms or ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience conducting stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
• Ability to work across global teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
