We are looking for Senior Business Analysts to join our Central Data Platforms team and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you'll act as the critical link between business needs and technology solutionsturning requirements into scalable data products and actionable insights.
You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Business, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations while driving large-scale enterprise data initiatives that directly impact customer-facing products and services. If you thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Partner with Stakeholders: Work with business and product teams to capture requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment across functions.
Analyze & Translate Data: Evaluate large datasets, map data sources, and design models to support business needs.
Document Clearly: Create crisp BRDs, FRDs, and specifications to guide development.
Design Workflows: Build data flow diagrams (L0/L1) and workflow maps (As-Is / To-Be) to visualize processes and dependencies.
Drive Projects: Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination; step into program management when required.
Enable Agile Execution: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and releases while managing progress in JIRA and documentation in Confluence.
Support Data Solutions: Work with engineering and analytics teams on data pipelines, distributed systems, and big data platforms.
Add Technical Value: Contribute to discussions on data-first architectures, AWS data services, and API integrations.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Experience:
Business Analyst: 36 years of relevant experience in business/data analysis.
Senior Business Analyst: 6+ years with proven success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Education: B.E./B.Tech required; MBA (Tier-1 preferred) is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Big data concepts, data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, and cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred).
Tools & Practices: Strong with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and documentation frameworks (BRD, FRD, FSD).
Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for business teams.
Mindset: Adaptable, analytical, and comfortable moving between Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Program Manager roles.
