Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models and workflows
- Conduct systems analysis to identify and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business
requirements into technical specifications
- Lead a team of business analysts or coordinate efforts across departments to meet project
deadlines
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet both technical and business expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation or system
enhancements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT services industry
- Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements
gathering
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with software development teams or on technology-driven projects
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat are preferred
