Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed business process models and workflows
  • Conduct systems analysis to identify and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business

requirements into technical specifications

  • Lead a team of business analysts or coordinate efforts across departments to meet project

deadlines

  • Ensure all proposed solutions meet both technical and business expectations
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation or system

enhancements

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements

gathering

  • Experience leading or mentoring teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working with software development teams or on technology-driven projects
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat are preferred
