Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the VERSANA platform and deep knowledge of the Syndicated / Commercial Lending domain. The candidate will lead requirement gathering, solution design discussions, system integrations, and stakeholder management for VERSANA-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement workshops with Operations, Loan Servicing, and Technology teams
- Drive end-to-end implementation and integration of VERSANA with internal loan systems (e.g., LoanIQ)
- Perform detailed gap analysis between existing lending systems and VERSANA requirement
- Define data mapping, reconciliation logic, and reporting requirement
- Prepare and review BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documentation
- Support API integrations and file-based data exchanges with VERSANA
- Work closely with Development and QA teams during build and testing phase
- Lead SIT/UAT cycles and manage defect triage
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including VERSANA product/support teams
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment in syndicated loan reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate / Investment Banking
- Hands-on experience with VERSANA platform implementation or integration
- Strong knowledge of Syndicated Loans lifecycle

- Drawdowns Interest & Fee Processing
- Amendments Payoffs
- Experience with Loan IQ or similar loan servicing systems
- Strong experience in data mapping, reconciliation, and data governance
- Understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- SQL for data validation and analysis
- Experience in digital transformation or system migration programs
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting in syndicated lending
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
