The Role:
As an Enterprise AI Analyst at Turium AI, you won't just be part of the team you'll be a key player in building the future. You'll contribute directly to our revolutionary products, TuriumAlgoreus,Enigma,Zebra,TuriumEdgeAI, or Turium Qale that are transforming some of the most critical enterprises) across the globe. You will be ensuring that our AI solutions not only meet, but exceed their expectations in real-world, production-ready environments. Your work will be instrumental in defining the next chapter of AI-powered innovation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support proposal and bid activities, including requirements analysis, solution articulation, technical architecture inputs, effort estimation, and preparation of AI-driven value propositions aligned to client businessobjectives.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business problems, data readiness, regulatory constraints, and enterprise architecture, translating these into well-defined AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding data scientists, engineers, cloud architects, security teams, and product ownersto ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms and workflows.
- Oversee model development and evaluation, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, governance, and compliance requirements expected in enterprise and regulated environments.
- Support deployment andproductionactivities, including model validation, monitoring strategies, feedback loops, andhandoveroperations or managed services teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor during project delivery,providinganalytical insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to ensure projectsremainaligned with scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, data flows, model assumptions, limitations, and operational guidelines to support long-term maintainability and client enablement.

Requirements:
- Graduate with a BTech degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and 2+ years of experience (Experience highly preferred).
- StrongskillsinPythonandotherrelevant programming languages.
- Experienceorwillingnesstoengagedirectlywithclientstodeployandsupport AI solutions.
- Theabilitytoarticulatecomplextechnicalconceptsclearlyandeffectively.
- The ability and willingness to work AEST/ AEDT Australian Eastern Standard Timings & Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Timings.
- Structure and organize ambiguous problems, tasks, and information, and act independently to progress workstreams.
- Create and execute structured project plans with clear goals, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Use data, facts, and logical reasoning to make sound decisions under tight timelines.
- Comprehend complex content (emails, articles, spreadsheets, documentation) and synthesize it into clear, communicable insights.
- Develop high-quality work product-focused materials, including PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and written deliverables.
- Initiate and organize tasks independently and see themthroughcompletion.
- Communicate effectively in a structured manner, both verbally and in writing, adapting to different perspectives andseniorlevels.
