We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who can operate as a high-impact individual contributor and assist some of our most complex and critical initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and development teams.
- Understand business processes and define solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and execute inter-team project plans, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams and support custom applications.
- Define requirements for data models, integrations, and workflows.
- Drive system quality through QA and UAT testing for all enhancements.
- Provide guidance to vendors and internal developers on system functionality impacts.
- Support user adoption by building strong relationships with business and technical teams.
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality business and technical documentation (BRDs, user guides, workflows, release notes, system documentation).
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and document as-is / to-be processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead delivery across initiation, planning, execution, release, and stabilization, running Agile ceremonies as needed.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and scope through structured tracking.
- Support change management through communication plans, demos, training, and adoption activities.
- Evaluate SaaS/Cloud/AI solutions, coordinate vendor assessments, and manage integrations and environment readiness.
- Oversee UAT, defect management, and release compliance while ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to team leadership, governance standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
