Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with expertise in data governance, process mapping, and testing.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across organizational processes.

This role involves conducting workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving improvements in data management and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Data & Process Mapping Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across function.

Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams

Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or improvement.

Data Governance

Support the implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.

Map data lineage, ownership, and stewardship responsibilities.

Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Testing & Validation.

Develop test cases and scenarios to validate process and data changes.

Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of data-driven solutions. Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications

Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and governance committees.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain clear documentation of processes, data models, and governance structures.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress and findings.

Preferred Skills

Conducting workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

Performing gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Mapping As-Is and To-Be processes for transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of ARIS or similar process modeling tools.

Effective stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Ability to translate complex data governance requirements into actionable solutions.

Experience in change management and process re-engineering
