About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to join our client's growing team in Noida. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale, cross-platform solutions, partnering closely with business leaders and technology teams to drive high-quality outcomes through strong analysis, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in requirements engineering, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the technical acumen required to operate effectively in Agile and SDLC-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering
- Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain key artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Ensure requirement traceability across the project lifecycle and manage change effectively.
Analytical & Problem Solving
- Analyze complex business problems, interpret data, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
- Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and decision-support documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions; negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior Business Analysts, promoting skill development and best practices.
- Contribute to team effectiveness through leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
Domain & Technical Contribution
- Apply domain knowledge to deliver high-impact business solutions.
- Work hands-on with product and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) within Agile/Scrum and SDLC frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong exposure to requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master exposure or certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consistent record of delivering effective business solutions.
- Solid domain knowledge with the ability to apply it to real-world business challenges.
- Technical proficiency with product and project management tools and a strong understanding of SDLC frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams in a fast-paced environment.
