At SRV Media, the Performance Account Manager owns revenue-driving performance. You will manage and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads accounts across diverse industries, working closely with strategy, creative, and client success teams to deliver measurable business impact.
What you'll do
You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You'll manage budgets, improve CPA and ROAS, test creatives and audiences, and translate performance data into clear client insights. You'll also participate in client calls, performance reviews, and growth planning.

Must-have skills
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Deep understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, pixels, GA4 & GTM
Experience managing multiple live accounts simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset with execution speed
Clear client communication and stakeholder management
Good to have
Experience with e-commerce and lead-generation brands
Exposure to YouTube Ads, Performance Max, or international markets
Understanding of creatives, landing pages, and CRO basics
