Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Associate Director – Business Analytics to lead strategic analytics and business intelligence initiatives supporting US Healthcare operations. The role will partner closely with senior business leaders to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Business Analyst / Analytics Leader within the US Healthcare domain, with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), payer/provider operations, data analytics, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analytics and data-driven transformation initiatives across US Healthcare operations and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, Compliance, and other business stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and govern executive dashboards and reporting frameworks covering key metrics such as A/R Days, Denial Rate, Collections, Productivity, Revenue Leakage, and Process Performance.
• Drive root-cause analysis and business problem-solving using data, analytics, and process insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.
• Support strategic decision-making through forecasting, trend analysis, predictive insights, and business recommendations.
• Ensure analytics and reporting align with US Healthcare regulations, payer policies, reimbursement practices, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor business analysts/analytics professionals and establish strong analytical practices across the function.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in US Healthcare Business Analytics / Business Analysis.
• US Healthcare experience is mandatory, preferably across RCM, Provider, Payer, Hospital, or Physician operations.
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Analytics Leader, with demonstrated ownership of complex business requirements and analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM, including Patient Access, Coding, Billing, A/R, Denials, Collections, and Revenue Performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently engage with senior leadership and convert business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Preferred

• Experience working within Healthcare BPM/BPO organizations.
• Exposure to payer reimbursement, healthcare coding standards, denials management, and US healthcare compliance.
• Experience managing analytics teams and delivering enterprise-level reporting and transformation initiatives.
