Senior Business Analyst (Retail Product Analytics)

Key Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analysis, or related roles.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with A/B Testing, Experimentation, Funnel Analysis, and Product Performance Metrics.
  
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis and insights generation.
  
• Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
  
• Ability to gather requirements, define problem statements, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Python (Pandas, NumPy) for advanced analytics.
  
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
