Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Record to Report (R2R) business process. This role requires a deep understanding of Record to Report and Acquire to Retire systems such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany System and Cost Accounting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong functional and technical background and the ability to align technological solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes related to Record to Report, Acquire to Retire and Cost Accounting business process and identify areas for optimization.
Recommend solutions within Record to Report, Acquire to Retire and Cost Accounting business process to address business needs and improve efficiency.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into specific enhancements for Record to Report and Acquire to Retire business process.
Support and implement solutions for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany System and Cost Accounting.
Support third party integrations with Bloomberg and Workday.
Support integrations with Oracle Fusion EPM.
Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications and user guides.
Conduct regression testing and end user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Cost Accounting and Intercompany processes with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and integration
Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supporting large-scale global systems implementations across multiple countries. Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
Position will require working with global teams who are based in different time zones.
Position may require occasional travel to Altera offices as required.
