Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Oil & Gas domain experience to lead requirements and solution delivery for enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex operational needs into scalable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across large programs
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams
Mentor junior Business Analysts and enforce BA best practices
Facilitate workshops, reviews, and executive-level discussions
Business & Requirement Analysis
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Create and manage BRD, FRD, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
Ensure requirements traceability and scope control
Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
Oil & Gas Domain Focus
Work across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream business areas
Understand and document end-to-end Oil & Gas processes
Support Solutions Related To:
Production planning & optimization
Asset & maintenance management
HSE and regulatory compliance
Supply chain, logistics, and scheduling
Translate field operations and regulatory needs into digital solutions
Agile & Solution Delivery
Work in Agile / Scrum environments as Lead BA or Proxy Product Owner
Collaborate with architects and developers on solution design and integrations
Support microservices and cloud-based application delivery
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
610 years of experience as Business Analyst / Lead BA
Strong experience in Oil & Gas domain (Upstream / Midstream / Downstream)
Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
Experience working in Agile and enterprise-scale projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Tools & Technologies
Azure DevOps
MS Office
Visio / draw.io
Power BI / Tableau (good to have)
Work Experience
610 years of experience as Business Analyst / Lead BA
Strong experience in Oil & Gas domain (Upstream / Midstream / Downstream)

Experience working in Agile and enterprise-scale projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
