Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Own projects end to end - requirements discovery and scoping, planning, tracking milestones and keeping teams on time and on budget

. Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover, analyse and document business requirements - turning ambiguity into a clear, actionable delivery plan

. Translate business needs into crisp technical specifications, user stories and delivery roadmaps

. Champion data-driven solutions and gap analyses that streamline and elevate how we work

. Design and execute API test cases in Postman, and build advanced Excel models that turn data into decision-ready insight

. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA to keep delivery humming

. Manage timelines, dependencies and risks across concurrent work streams so analysis translates cleanly into delivery

. Rally stakeholders across finance, product and engineering around a shared vision and clear priorities

. Track KPIs, surface insights and proactively flag risks to steer strategic decisions

. Safeguard compliance and audit readiness through structured, high-quality documentation

REQUIREMENTS

. Minimum 10 years of experience spanning both Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities

. Strong business analysis and project management skills - from requirements discovery through planning, prioritising and steering delivery across competing priorities

. Proven track record delivering projects and analysis in financial systems or Insurtech environments

. Exceptional communication -responsive, clear and confident with technical and business audiences alike

. Hands-on technical skills across Postman, Python, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and JIRA

. Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail

. Self-driven and thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote setup

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
