About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Automation Anywhere, process analysis, and business transformation programs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, automation developers, solution architects, and project teams to identify automation opportunities, define business requirements, and support the successful delivery of enterprise automation solutions. This role requires a blend of business analysis, process optimization, stakeholder management, and automation expertise to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for automation initiatives.
• Design and support the implementation of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and process assessments to identify automation feasibility.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through RPA and workflow automation.
• Work with developers and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process maps, and user stories.
• Support end-to-end RPA implementation projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in automation testing, validation, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document automation workflows, process changes, and operational procedures.
• Participate in project planning sessions, sprint reviews, and status meetings.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and project leadership.
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Automation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and enterprise automation programs.
• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation and business process automation.
• Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience conducting process discovery, process mapping, and workflow optimization activities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of automation frameworks, governance models, and operational best practices.
• Familiarity with automation lifecycle management and bot implementation methodologies.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with SQL databases and data analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern enterprise application environments.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience delivering automation initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
