JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets (Ops Model, Data Analysis, Process Flow Mapping)

Domain Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle across asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and OTC Derivatives.

Experience in post-trade operations including trade matching, confirmation, clearing, and settlement.

Familiarity with global market infrastructures (e.g., DTCC, Euroclear, LCH, CME).

Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and CSDR.

Understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and exception management.

Expanded Responsibilities:

Lead workshops with front, middle, and back office teams to capture current-state processes and identify transformation opportunities.

Develop detailed process maps and data flow diagrams to support TOM design.

Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance risks.

Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.

Support change management and training initiatives during rollout of new operating models.
