- Support business analysis and detail requirements for claims application product backlogs

- Assist in solution design ensuring alignment with accounting requirements
- Facilitate sprint planning, review meetings, and backlog grooming sessions

Requirements
- Extensive business analysis experience in insurance or reinsurance with 7 to 10 years of practice
- Strong expertise in property and casualty (P&C) reinsurance claims and ceded operations
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
- Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and produce clear documentation
- Skills in process analysis and quality assurance for business-critical scenarios
