Job Description
This role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and delivering KPI reporting for Global Finance Operations. The position emphasizes innovation, automation, and standardization while transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. You will play a key role in enhancing executive reporting through data visualization and contributing to strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver KPI reporting solutions with a focus on automation and standardization
- Analyze KPI results and communicate insights to drive data-informed decision-making
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reports using Data Visualization tools
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Contribute to organizational initiatives and reporting transformation projects
- Manage multiple reporting initiatives while aligning with business priorities
Required Skills:
- 6–10 years of overall experience with 3–4 years in BI reporting and operations
- Strong expertise in data analytics, reporting principles, and visualization tools (Oracle DV, Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with executive-level reporting and storytelling through data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in finance domain is a plus; familiarity with Oracle reporting tools preferred
