We're seeking a
Senior Business Analyst experienced in leading
AI/ML-driven digital transformation initiatives within
government programs. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and emerging technologies to deliver citizen-focused, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for multi-agency government projects integrating AI/ML capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements through stakeholder workshops and policy interpretation for digital governance programs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and architects to define and prioritize AI functionalities.
- Deliver BRDs, FSDs, Use Cases, and Process Maps highlighting AI/ML-based improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with government standards, data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI principles.
- Partner with QA during UAT and support go-live AI feature validation and training.
- Support RFP/SOW creation and AI-led value propositions for government projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML or data-driven projects.
- Proven exposure to government-sector software solutions involving digital workflows, citizen services, or analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with requirements tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, BPMN).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical AI concepts for business and policy stakeholders.
Preferred SkillsCertifications:
- CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum.Domain knowledge in e-Governance, HealthTech, Smart Cities, or Public Safety.Understanding of AI ethics, explainability, and data privacy frameworks.
