Job Description

Job Purpose :

To lead business requirements analysis for CLOS/MSME processes by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and system capabilities through detailed requirement elicitation, solution definition and effective stakeholder collaboration. Involved in end to end Project lifecycle including UAT & Go-Live.

Principal Accountabilities :

  • Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their business requirements.
  • Analyse functional and domain requirements for CLOS/MSME process.
  • Translate business objectives/ policies into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Ensure adoption of standard accelerator to the client. Requirements Gathering & Elicitation
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)/ Functional Specification Documents (FSD)/ User Stories.
  • Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with technical teams to define feasible and scalable solutions.
  • Participate in solution walkthroughs and validations with stakeholders.
  • Conduct UAT along with the client and get sign off with mini. changes.
  • Ensure least conflict in requirement versus built during UAT.
  • Liaise with sales, pre-sales, management, product and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Liase with project team to facilitate requirement workshops/ discussions and achieve billing milestones.
  • Liaise with various customer stakeholders to avoid escalations.
  • Document, analyse, and prioritise change requests.
  • Update user stories and communicate impact to all stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate estimations for requirements and enhancements.
  • Support planning and scheduling activities.

Skills Required (Technical and / or Behavioral) :

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Willingness to Travel: Should be ready for frequent travels as per project and business requirements.

Professional Attributes: Well-organized, confident, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Should demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, resourcefulness, creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lending Credit Policies, Loan Origination Workflows, Loan Products/ Facilities, Eligibility Assessments & Calculations, System Integrations, Financial & Non-financial Analysis, Due-diligence & Compliance Processes, Risk Rating Methodologies, Pre & Post Sanction Loan Documents and other SOPs associated with Corporate/ MSME lending.

Banking Exposure (Preferred): Prior work experience in a Bank within Corporate/ MSME verticals is desirable

Prior experience in Corporate/ MSME Lending Projects, Product Management, Presales or Delivery will be an added advantage.
