Job Purpose :
To lead business requirements analysis for CLOS/MSME processes by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and system capabilities through detailed requirement elicitation, solution definition and effective stakeholder collaboration. Involved in end to end Project lifecycle including UAT & Go-Live.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Willingness to Travel: Should be ready for frequent travels as per project and business requirements.
Professional Attributes: Well-organized, confident, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Should demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, resourcefulness, creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lending Credit Policies, Loan Origination Workflows, Loan Products/ Facilities, Eligibility Assessments & Calculations, System Integrations, Financial & Non-financial Analysis, Due-diligence & Compliance Processes, Risk Rating Methodologies, Pre & Post Sanction Loan Documents and other SOPs associated with Corporate/ MSME lending.
Banking Exposure (Preferred): Prior work experience in a Bank within Corporate/ MSME verticals is desirable
Prior experience in Corporate/ MSME Lending Projects, Product Management, Presales or Delivery will be an added advantage.
