Role Description The Senior Business Analyst will work full time on-site at Volody's Goregaon office, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the company's CLM platform and related business processes. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories for product and technology teams. The individual will conduct detailed process mapping, identify gaps and inefficiencies, propose data-driven improvements, and support the design of scalable solutions aligned with customer and business needs. Daily responsibilities include performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting project planning, and assisting in solution validation through testing and user feedback. The Senior Business Analyst will also facilitate workshops, lead requirement review sessions, and help ensure smooth implementation and adoption of product enhancements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable operations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and facilitate requirement and review sessions.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal/finance technology environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with tools for requirements management, process modeling, and data analysis (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools, Excel, analytics dashboards) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Goregaon and coordinate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
