Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in 

fintech, payments, or cross-border operations. This role is critical in driving clarity and structure across 

initiatives related to payins, payouts, merchant onboarding, and settlement flows. The ideal candidate 

will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business goals into scalable, actionable 

solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements and prepare (BRDs, PRDs, user stories) and document.

• Translate complex business needs into clear process flows, data mappings, and solution documents

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and external partners / stakeholders to align on solution delivery

• Conduct market research, process mapping, and gap analysis to support product and regional 

expansion

• Lead and support UAT planning, execution, and go-live readiness

• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments, fintech, or cross-border commerce

• Strong understanding of:

1. Payins (Cards, UPI, e-Wallet, Bank Transfers)
2. Payouts (Bank Transfers, Wallets, Instant Settlements)
3. Merchant onboarding flows, KYC/KYB processes
4. Reconciliation and settlement workflows
5. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence, Postman, Lucidchart/Draw.io, and other process mapping and visualization tools
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
