Job Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and driving improvements that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in delivering impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to capture detailed business needs.
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop business cases, workflows, and user stories to support project delivery.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with organizational strategy and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Support testing, validation, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Industry-specific domain knowledge (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail).
- Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
