We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst- Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business and technical processes. The consultant will collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure processes are aligned with organizational goals and support solution design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Mapping: Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Map current-state and future-state business processes in Microsoft 365 migration project.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture requirements and feedback.
- Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and summary reports.
- Solution Support: Assist in the design of solutions that align with organizational objectives and support process improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines.
- Collaboration: Respond promptly to queries and collaborate effectively with client teams.
- AI Integration: Support Agentic Ai and automation in workflow, CRM and business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5–8 years) in business process analysis and documentation.
- Experience with Business Transformation projects, particularly in ERP and CRM domain.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with both business and technical domains, including system integrations and data flows.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation, diagrams, and specifications.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, process mapping tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deliverables:
- Documented current-state and future-state process maps.
- Validated business and technical requirements.
- Data flow diagrams and/or integration specifications.
- Summary reports or findings as agreed during the engagement.
Performance Metrics:
- Completion of deliverables to agreed quality standards and timelines.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on clarity and usefulness of outputs.
- Responsiveness to queries and effectiveness in collaboration.
Working hours:
- 1:30 PM IST to 11 PM IST Monday to Friday.
