Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of US healthcare workflows, EHR systems, clinical operations, and healthcare compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to work directly with US-based customers, understand complex clinical and administrative workflows, translate customer needs into clear product requirements, and support development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to work across multiple specialties, including Primary Care, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Fertility Centers, Allergy Clinics, and other outpatient healthcare settings. The candidate should also be capable of mentoring junior Business Analysts to improve requirement quality, workflow understanding, and healthcare domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Requirement Management
• Work with US-based healthcare customers to understand business needs, clinical workflows, operational challenges, and product enhancement requests.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workflow reviews, customer meetings, and internal discovery discussions.
• Convert customer requests into clear, structured, and actionable business requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Analyze requirements for downstream impact across EHR, billing, reporting, patient portal, scheduling, clinical documentation, claims, interfaces, and compliance modules.
• Identify gaps in customer requests and recommend improved workflows that reduce clicks, improve usability, prevent errors, and support better clinical and billing outcomes.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams, Implementation teams, Support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.
• Ability to identify product areas where AI can improve user workflows, automate manual tasks, reduce documentation burden, support clinical or billing decision-making, and improve customer experience.
