Senior Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst - Payments (ISO20022, Cross Border, SWIFT, MT)

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Bengaluru & Chennai

Qualification: Btech+MBA Preferred

Notice Period: 30-40 Days

Key Responsibilities:

1.Gather and document business requirements related to ISO20022, SWIFT (MT messages), and cross-border payments.

2.Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and optimize payment processing systems.

3.Conduct impact assessments and define functional requirements for sanction screening and investigations.

4.Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.

5.Support payment system migration and transformation projects, particularly in ISO20022 adoption.

6.Ensure compliance with global banking standards and regulatory requirements in cross-border transactions.

7.Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system changes before deployment.

Key Skills :

1.Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Global Banking.

2.Expertise in ISO20022, SWIFT (MT messages), and cross-border payment systems.

3.Hands-on experience in sanction screening and investigation processes.

4.Knowledge of payment processing, regulatory compliance, and financial messaging protocols.

5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6.Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

7.Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
