Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

• 6-8 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment including both IT and business personnel

• 2-3 years of process improvement experience, especially experience that leverages technology as part of the solution.

• 3-5 years experience developing user requirements and functional specifications for applications used in process development and analytical labs

• 3-5 years experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of GMPs, GDPs

• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements

• Ability to identify issues, independently resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex issues to a higher level

• In depth knowledge of business functional area with strong understanding of business unit (Or if new to business area, strong learning agility to achieve in depth knowledge)

• Understanding of the technology offerings applicable to the business when assisting in the design of solutions

• Has knowledge of and utilizes software lifecycle methodologies

• Knowledge and Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and Data Integrity

• Strong Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication
