Job Description

We are hiring a P&C Business Analyst with strong expertise in underwriting and Claims to support the implementation of an enterprise Insurance Workbench. The ideal candidate understands policy lifecycle operations and can translate business processes into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, specifically on the underwriting side for North American clients.

- Domain Expertise: Proven delivery experience in Commercial lines (Property, Auto, CGL, WC, Crime, BOP, D&O, E&O, etc.).

- Implementation: Experience performing client implementations and delivery.

- Role Background: 3+yrs of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Familiarity with insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens, InsureMO, etc.)

● Knowledge of commercial lines (WC, GL, Auto, Property)

● Strong documentation, workflow mapping, and requirement gathering skills

● Experience in agile product delivery and multi-system integration projects

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

- Experience managing large teams (20+ members).

- PMP and AINS certifications.

- Hands-on experience with GenAI.
