Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core, OTL, Compensation & Benefits mainly, others a plus), including configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements and technical specifications.
Deep understanding of global HR master data, HR processes, and data governance.
Proficiency in performing FIT-GAP analysis, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and solution design.
Experience with end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), release cycles, and change management in cloud environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
Knowledge of Oracle Agentic AI is a plus
Ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders in clear and simple terms.
Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data flows into/from Oracle HCM.
Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
Strong documentation and training development skills.
