Role Description:
- We are looking for aSenior Business Analystwho can be deployeddirectly at the customer endand act as a strong bridge between customers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders. The role requires not only strong requirement gathering and execution capabilities, but alsosolution architecting skillsto help shape scalable, practical, and value-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should be able toprocess complex information, structure it clearly, design solution approaches, and drive executionwith delivery teams. Familiarity withAI tools, strong research ability, and prior healthcare exposure will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement discovery & stakeholder discussions
- Translate business needs into structured documentation (BRD/FRD).
- Contribute to solution design with technical teams.
- Leverage AI tools for productivity and research.
- Work closely with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to ensure accurate execution of requirements and solution design.

- Actively clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute actively to solution architecture discussions along with technical teams.

- Perform domain, market, and competitive research to strengthen solution proposals.
