Job Description
- Liaising between technology teams, support teams and clients to explain technical details.
- Proven experience in understanding requirements from clients and translating them into application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical skills.
- Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external clients and internal teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver Use Cases, flowcharts, diagrams, BRD, SRS, Wireframes, GUI Screens, Interface designs and document analysis as and when required.
- Prepare and keep updated Software technical documentation and Help manuals.
- Self-driven to get into the core of software and know it in depth, to figure out issues and respond on immediate basis by reaching the root cause of the problem.
- Supports the development of training and implementation material and participates in the demonstration, training and implementation activities.
- Project management skills preferred.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments and figure out its effects on current systems for smooth migration.
