We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join the team that shapes how our enterprise clients get the most out of our platform — and influences how the product evolves based on what those clients actually need. The role sits at the intersection of consulting, product, and implementation, and is one of the highest-leverage seats in the company.

• Travel: Occasional, for high-value client engagement

What You'll Actually Do

• Work alongside our Customer Success team and our enterprise clients to understand each client's as-is processes — their current workflows, pain points, and operational chaos — and design the to-be process on the GoComet platform.
• Identify the right solution for each custom requirement (what's a clean fit, what's not, what can be standardized) and author Product Requirement Documents that engineering can build against cleanly.
• Drive the custom development lifecycle end-to-end — coordinating across engineering, QA, and Product through scoping, build, UAT, and go-live — and spot patterns across clients that shape the core product roadmap.
• Solve real problems in supply chain tech with the Unilevers, Schneider Electrics, Sun Pharmas, and Tatas of the world — learn real-world challenges by talking directly to customers and lead the solution to those challenges.

Who We're Looking For

You probably have:

• 4–6 years in one or more of: business analysis, implementation consulting, solutions consulting, professional services, technical product management, or management consulting.
• A track record of taking complex, ambiguous business problems and turning them into structured, buildable solutions.
• Strong analytical depth — you can decompose a messy process, spot edge cases others miss, and reason through trade-offs clearly.
• Comfort working alongside both client-facing teams (CS) and engineering teams — able to translate between business and tech language fluently.
• Curiosity about supply chain, logistics, or enterprise operations (you don't need prior domain expertise — you do need to find the problem space interesting).

Bonus, not required:

• Exposure to SaaS implementation, API-based integrations, or workflow automation.
• Background in engineering, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients across time zones.
• An MBA — useful, not required.
