We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Generalist / Consulting (AI-Ready) who can operate across multiple domains, engage confidently with clients, and convert ambiguous business problems into well-defined, implementable solutions. This role requires a consulting mindset rather than a pure documentation approach. The ideal candidate should be sharp in identifying hidden requirements, edge cases, and optimization opportunities, and should be comfortable contributing to pre-sales discussions, solution shaping, and AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead client discovery and stakeholder discussions to translate business problems into clear, traceable BRDs/PRDs, functional specs, and well-defined user stories with detailed acceptance criteria across the project lifecycle.
- Quickly adapts to new domains (Healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, Enterprise, Digital products) by conducting targeted domain research, validating assumptions with stakeholders, and applying structured problem-solving to unfamiliar business contexts.
- Actively shape feasible, scalable solutions by identifying AI/GenAI, automation, and data-driven opportunities that enhance business outcomes while avoiding over-engineering and ensuring future readiness.
- Support pre-sales by translating client needs from discovery into clear solution pitches, accurate estimates, and well-defined scope, while confidently engaging CXOs, Product Owners, and business & technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to actively drive Agile ceremonies, ensure sprint-ready and testable user stories, and provide continuous clarification through development and UAT.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Associate and Junior BAs by reviewing deliverables for quality and driving best practices in requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio
