CW / OSP - Senior Business Analyst – Finance
We are looking for experienced business analysts who can lead delivery of a transformative roadmap of analytics and AI requirements.
The Axial Insights & Analysis team is leading the roadmap and delivery of analytics and AI delivery from an end-user perspective.
Job Role Details
What you will do:
- Collaborate with multiple business teams and leaders within Finance groups, to assess business needs and gather requirements and desired outcomes.
- Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement in the existing analytics to deliver impactful Analytical Solutions within client
- Partner with our delivery partners and ensuring the requirements, Specifications and other Axial I&A deliverables produced are of high quality.
- Produce demo material and art of the possible material to give our users and stakeholders a vision of the future.
- Be engaged in data management work such as: design of an analytics catalogue, promoting data literacy, participating in analytics governance forums and being the champion for citizen data services.
- Staying up to date with latest advancements in SAP Analytics and able to apply the knowledge in relevant areas.
Essential Qualifications:
- Business analysis experience
- Influencing design and user experience.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence / Analytics concepts and best practices
- Experience in working with large and sophisticated data sets in commonly used BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik & PowerBI.
- Exposure to Finance Processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, P&MR etc.
- Strong drive to learn new concepts in business processes, tools and applications.
- A strong ability to convey complex information through analytics, catering from Top-Floor to Shop-Floor.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more full S/4 HANA implementation cycle/s in Analytics using embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud and understanding of SAP B/W4 HANA or SAP Datasphere
- Experience in Business Process Management Tools like BIC or NImbus or Signavio
- Regulatory experience, e.g. GxP and SOx.
- Exposure to more than one of the SAP modules such as: MM, SD,FI, CO, Financial Planning, Finance and / or Controlling etc from business side.
Technical or configurations skills are not required for this position
- Familiarity with data science, AI/ML concepts and use cases in Finance.
- Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience.
- UX experience.
- Experience in Planning tools like Hyperion, SAP BPC or SAC Planning.
- Certifications in SAP, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Lean Framework or Finance.
- Demonstrate ability to navigate the complexities in a large scale , global , long-term projects
