Key Responsibilities
- Support investment transactions across loan portfolios, real estate, middlemarket, and specialty financing.
- Own end-to-end client project delivery with full project management responsibility.
- Oversee product implementation and postimplementation to ensure smooth integration.
- Conduct adhoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting.
- Act as primary liaison between clients and development teams for platform features, changes, and issues.
- Support asset management reporting, financial due diligence, postdeal analysis, and business planning.
- Identify and resolve team or stakeholder conflicts using mediation and consensus-building.
- Mentor team members and serve as their primary point of contact.
Required Experience / Skill Set
- MBA/PGDM in Finance/IT (or equivalent); B.E./B.Tech mandatory.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Advanced Excel, Macros, and SQL skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Proven project and people management experience.
- Ability to take initiative and perform under pressure.
- Strong interest in technology; IT/development experience is an advantage.
