Key Responsibilities
- Work with business teams to analyze workflows and define solutions.
- Perform data analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Support Alternative Assets domain work (Private Equity, Private Credit).
- Conduct fund accounting process reviews & capital market analysis.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data mapping & system enhancements.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Private Equity / Private Credit / Fund Accounting
- Capital Market domain exposure
- SQL for data analysis
- Experience with enterprise tools (Investran, Salesforce, Semarchy, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent communication & client-facing skills
Qualifications- Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience (Mid to Senior level) in Private Equity, Private Credit, Fund Accounting, or related capital markets roles. Proven experience in fund accounting processes, capital markets analysis, and client-facing engagements.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required. Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise tools (Investran, Salesforce, Semarchy) and familiarity with Jira/Agile delivery.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data mapping, ETL concepts, and systems integration.
- Experience working with alternative assets (Private Equity / Private Credit) and fund accounting workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
