We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Digital Security to join our Private and Corporate ecosystem team. Responsibilities
- Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into a software requirement backlog
- Provide engineering and analytical expertise to support pre-inceptions and solution evaluation
- Identify and align with impacted people and systems for functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams to deliver iterative business goals within an agile framework
- Structure and document requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria using UML models
- Track requirements throughout the product development cycle ensuring transparency to stakeholders
- Manage product documentation and manuals for internal stakeholders
- Co-develop product vision and strategy covering full lifecycle including decommissioning and upgrades
- Engage with colleagues at all levels to drive product changes and process improvements
- Support front and business operations through training and product support
- Ensure product quality from functional and non-functional perspectives including stability and performance
- Participate in testing and validation activities to verify requirement fulfillment
- Be accountable for IT software product changes across the entire lifecycle including L3 support
Requirements
- Experience of 7-10 years in business analysis and digital security
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, certificates, access tokens, and client authentication in banking and financial domains
- Experience in process flow analysis and use case modeling including UML diagrams
- Technical business analysis skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in business requirements grooming and translating to cost-effective IT solutions
- Experience working independently within demanding, globally distributed teams
- Proficiency in agile working practices with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Transparent and clear communication and coordination skills
- Experience vetting business change requests and assessing solutions with development teams
- Experience in data analysis including SQL queries and basic software engineering understanding
- English language proficiency B2 Upper-Intermediate
