Total Experience Range:
A minimum experience of 6-9 years in General Insurance underwriting process
Skill Set :
• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance products.
• Deep Knowledge of general insurance process (quote,underwriting, policy issuance, finance, claims)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration
• In-depth Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Job Requirements :
• Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
• Requirement elicitation and System solution designing.
• Define the customer journey.
• Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.
• Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.
• Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development team
