Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP ERP modules, along with experience in custom enterprise application development. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FS), and user stories.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
SAP Expertise
- Apply functional knowledge of SAP BTP components (e.g., Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Workflow, Analytics).
- Work with SAP ERP modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or others) to define business processes and system enhancements.
- Support implementation, enhancements, and integration initiatives across SAP landscapes.
Custom Enterprise Applications
- Lead analysis for custom-built enterprise applications, ensuring scalability and usability.
- Coordinate with development teams during the design and build phases.
- Validate system behavior through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business alignment.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and clients.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive engagement.
Collaboration with Design Teams
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure business requirements are translated into intuitive user experiences.
- Provide functional insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Ensure that design solutions align with user expectations and business goals.
Tools & Agile Practices
- Use Miro for workshops, brainstorming sessions, journey mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Manage and track requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
- 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP BTP and SAP ERP modules.
- Experience in custom enterprise application lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Good understanding of SAP integrations and workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, designers).
- Experience in process modeling tools and documentation.
Collaboration & Design Understanding
- Hands-on experience with Miro or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Ability to effectively communicate business needs to designers and UI teams.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- SAP certifications (BTP / ERP modules) are a plus.
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise modernization projects.
