Key Responsibilities
Decision Management & Analytics
- Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys and generate actionable insights to support product and business decisions.
- Design and execute A/B experiments and evaluate opportunities using data-driven methodologies.
- Define, analyze, and monitor key product and customer metrics.
- Solve business and product-related analytical problems using structured data analysis.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable data democratization across teams.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Data Strategy & Business Insights
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify data gaps and define forward-looking analytics initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into measurable KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and business performance.
- Contribute to building a strong data culture within the organization.
Advanced Analytics & Modeling
- Participate in the development of analytical models and intelligent data solutions to optimize business metrics.
- Work on demand-side and supply-side analytics initiatives using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
- Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven problem solving.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in product analytics and customer behavior analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
