Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to lead the development of new products and features. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product-life-cycle management, business analysis, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comparative analysis, gap analysis, and providing solutions to identified problems. Experience in CRM, ERP, and Fintech domains is a must. The candidate should have an expert understanding of SDLC processes and Agile development methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Life Cycle Management:Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Business Analysis:Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and define product requirements.Cross-Functional Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and features.Comparative and Gap Analysis:Perform comparative analysis and gap analysis to identify loopholes and provide required solutions, ensuring that products meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.SDLC and Agile Methodology:Apply expert knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile development methodology to ensure efficient and effective product development.CRM, ERP, and Fintech Domain Expertise:Leverage extensive experience in CRM, ERP, and Fintech domains to develop products that meet the needs of these industries.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives, to gather feedback and ensure that products meet business objectives.Product Launch and Maintenance:Develop launch plans, execute product launches, and maintain products post-launch, ensuring that they continue to meet customer needs and business objectives.Data-Driven Decision Making:Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product success, and identify areas for improvement.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of product-life-cycle management, business analysis, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in comparative analysis and gap analysis to identify loopholes and provide required solutions.
- Extensive experience in CRM, ERP, and Fintech domains.
- Expert understanding of SDLC processes and Agile development methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
