Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager Business Analyst to lead the development and launch of new products and features across our organization. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product-life-cycle management, business analysis, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comparative analysis, gap analysis, and providing solutions to identified problems. Experience in CRM, ERP, and Fintech domains is a must. The candidate should have an expert understanding of SDLC processes and Agile development methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Life Cycle Management: Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Business Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and define product requirements.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and features.
- Comparative and Gap Analysis: Perform comparative analysis and gap analysis to identify loopholes and provide required solutions, ensuring that products meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.
- SDLC and Agile Methodology: Apply expert knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile development methodology to ensure efficient and effective product development.
- CRM, ERP, and Fintech Domain Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in CRM, ERP, and Fintech domains to develop products that meet the needs of these industries.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives, to gather feedback and ensure that products meet business objectives.
- Product Launch and Maintenance: Develop launch plans, execute product launches, and maintain products post-launch, ensuring that they continue to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10-14 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of product-life-cycle management, business analysis, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in comparative analysis and gap analysis to identify loopholes and provide required solutions.
- Extensive experience in CRM, ERP, and Fintech domains.
- Expert understanding of SDLC processes and Agile development methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with product development tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Certification in Agile development methodology, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
