Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data and processes to develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, requirements documents, and project plans.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, to implement solutions.
  • Communicate changes and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness.
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to define the epics, features, stories with complete description, documentation and acceptance criteria.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, UML, Sequence).
  • Project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • SQL and database management skills.
  • Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Cloud-based tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
