Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Business Analyst role is based in Kerala, India and supports business operations related to Canada, Australia, and Germany. The Senior Business Analyst will analyze business performance, market trends, and customer behavior across these regions to identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes, and partnering with stakeholders in product, operations, and technology to define solutions. The role involves preparing analytical reports, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and supporting strategy development and implementation for international markets. The Senior Business Analyst will also help ensure that business initiatives align with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to each region.

• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or investment products is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms) and familiarity with agile or similar methodologies is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
