We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Business Lending
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with strong lending domain expertise and a passion for driving impact in an Agile environment
Join our Business Lending team and play a key role in delivering strategic, customer-focused, and compliant lending solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end analysis across business lending initiatives (process, policy, data, systems)
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Support UAT, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and implementation readiness
- Ensure regulatory alignment, governance, and traceability
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and test scenarios
What You Bring
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong exposure to business/commercial lending
- Expertise across lending lifecycle:
- Origination | Credit Assessment | Underwriting | Settlement | Servicing
- Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong skills in stakeholder management & requirements gathering
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled SDLC tools
Nice to Have
- Financial services or lending transformation experience
- Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, SAFe
- Strong data and analytics mindset
