## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business and IT transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing existing processes, identifying operational gaps, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, enterprise application implementation, stakeholder management, and UAT.

## Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Create As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflows, and process documentation.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

- Coordinate with business teams, developers, QA teams, and external implementation partners.

- Support ERP, CRM, enterprise application, and workflow implementation projects.

- Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases, track defects, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

- Support implementation, go-live activities, and post-implementation improvements.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Functional Business Analyst.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis.

- Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Experience with ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in UAT, stakeholder management, and end-to-end implementation coordination.

- Proficiency in Jira, MS Visio, Draw.io, and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

## Preferred Industry Experience

Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Fleet Management, Leasing, Electric Mobility, Manufacturing, IT Services, or Enterprise Technology Consulting.

Candidates with relevant business analysis and enterprise implementation experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
