Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our business and IT transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, understanding business requirements, analyzing existing processes, identifying operational gaps, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation, enterprise application implementation, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Engage with stakeholders across Operations, Leasing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Experience to understand business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement-gathering sessions, and cross-functional workshops.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Define business objectives, project scope, functional requirements, and expected outcomes.

2. Business Process Mapping & Documentation

• Document As-Is and To-Be business processes using process maps, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications wherever required.
• Maintain clear and structured project documentation.

3. Digital Transformation & Solution Implementation

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitization.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions in coordination with IT teams and implementation partners.
• Support implementation and enhancement of ERP, CRM, mobility applications, dashboards, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate proposed solutions based on business requirements and operational feasibility.

4. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, internal IT teams, developers, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and implementation readiness.

5. Testing & Implementation Support

• Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business teams and technology partners.
• Track defects, validate fixes, and ensure requirements are fulfilled before go-live.
• Support go-live activities, post-implementation validation, and hypercare.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Functional Business Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, mobility platforms, or workflow automation implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
• Hands-on experience in UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Business Analysis: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Requirement Traceability.
• Process Mapping: MS Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart.
• Project Management: Jira, Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project.
• Enterprise Applications: ERP, CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Mobility Applications.
• Data & Reporting: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Zoho Analytics.
• Testing: UAT Planning, Test Cases, Defect Tracking, Validation.
