Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate project execution and team collaboration.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in business analysis within the insurance sector.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience with Scrum Framework.
- Domain expertise in insurance sales and policy servicing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in project management and business analysis.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
