Business Analyst - (Life Asia)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation and life insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end digital projects, particularly in the life insurance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of digital architectures, system integrations, and the ability to work independently on complex, multi-country programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. Candidate should have strong experience in Life asia OR Ingenium
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project methodologies.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement system integrations, including APIs and banking systems.
- Conduct stakeholder management and communication to ensure project transparency and alignment.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for requirement management and project tracking.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in digital transformation and the life insurance sector.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital projects, including web and mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of Bancassurance integrations and experience working with multiple banking systems.
- Excellent TA-Stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools.
- Strong understanding of digital architectures and Integrations.
- Ability to handle large, complex, multi-country programs independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Digital Transformation are a plus.
